Stephanie Chen

As Chief Purpose Officer, Stephanie Chen is responsible for leading ChenMed’s Internal and Executive Communications, as well as all Change Management efforts. Stephanie also serves on ChenMed’s Board of Directors.

Stephanie joined ChenMed in 2006 and most recently served as ChenMed’s Chief Culture and Legal Officer. While at ChenMed, Stephanie was influential in establishing the Legal department, helping it grow from a two-person team into a fully staffed, high functioning COE. Additionally, Stephanie developed a Culture department that was instrumental in decreasing team member turnover and increasing employee engagement across the company.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a juris doctorate from New York Law School. Stephanie and her husband, Dr. Chris Chen, the CEO of ChenMed, have four children together and live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
