Catalina Rodriguez-Edwards

As Chief Network Officer, Catalina Edwards is responsible for leading the company’s Network Operations, Specialty Care, Hospital and Community Care teams to deliver a high performing simplified patient care continuum.

She joined ChenMed in 2013 and most recently served as Divisional President for South Florida and Michigan. She has served in various roles for the company including Regional President for multiple markets (Florida, Kentucky, Virginia, Michigan, and Georgia), General Manager for Dade County, Director of Referral Center of Expertise, Director of Specialty Center of Expertise, Network Director for South Florida and Network Manager for South Florida.

Catalina is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, but considers herself a Miami native, as she completed high school, undergraduate and graduate school in Miami at Westminster Christian and Florida International University.

Catalina enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, their two kids and dog. She enjoys being active in her church community, running and traveling with her family.
